Daddys birthday!!!!!!
On Sunday it was my Daddy's birthday. So i made a chocolate cake.....(and chocolate muffins!)
I made a bit of a mess but....it was all worth it.
I used self-raising flour and cream of tartar and the cakes really did rise!
I melted chocolate and cream to make a ganache which i put in the middle of the cake and on the top , i also chopped some strawberries and covered them in sugar then i added them to the middle of the cake.
All the chocolate and strawberries......oozing out of the side....mmmmmm.
I decorated the top a bit.
I also made some chocolate muffins to go with the cake.
The fist piece......gone.

ReplyDeleteunfortunatley.....i cant send cakes in the "post" as it would take about 2-3 days to get to where you are....i wish i could...............i would send them worlwide!
